Why Sit at the Table with Gus

Gus Van Dender works at the intersection of AI strategy and real world execution.

As the Founder of Prime AI, Gus builds and deploys AI systems inside operating businesses, where decisions have consequences, timelines matter, and clarity is non negotiable.

He is not focused on trends or tools for the sake of novelty. His work centers on helping leadership teams make sound decisions about what to automate, what to protect, and what to rethink before complexity sets in.

This dinner gives you access to how Gus thinks:

  • how he evaluates AI opportunities
  • where leaders commonly misstep
  • what must be in place before AI creates leverage

This is perspective you do not get from keynotes or LinkedIn posts.

Built in Real Companies

Prime AI partners with leadership teams to design, build, and scale AI systems that actually ship, without unnecessary risk or noise.

"Gus helped us cut through the AI hype and focus on what would actually move the business forward. The clarity alone saved us months."

"This was not about tools. It was about judgment. Gus sees the second and third order effects most teams miss."

What Happens at the Table

This is a small, invitation only dinner in Amsterdam.

No slides. No selling. No performance.

Just a group of leaders, a shared meal, and a grounded conversation about how AI is actually reshaping people systems, decision making, and organizational design.

You will be joined by:

  • Gus Van Dender (Prime AI)
  • The Human + AI team
  • A curated group of leaders facing similar questions

The conversation is practical, grounded, and intentionally unfinished, designed to give you clarity on next steps, not a false sense of completion.

How You Get a Seat

  1. Take the Human + AI Readiness Assessment
  2. Review your gaps between standing still and moving too fast
  3. If aligned, book a short call or proceed to dinner registration

This ensures the table is filled with people who are ready for the conversation.

About Human + AI

Human + AI is led by Cheyana (Chey) Van Dender and Estelle Roux Stevens, bringing together deep experience in people systems, leadership, and organizational design.

Chey has spent years working with founders, CEOs, and leadership teams at moments of growth and transition, helping organizations navigate complexity without losing the human thread. Her work sits at the intersection of people, decision making, and real world execution.

Estelle brings over two decades of international HR and People leadership experience across scale ups and global organizations. She is known for building people strategies that support growth, compliance, and trust, especially during periods of transformation.

Together, they created Human + AI to bridge the widening gap between how organizations are structured today and how fast AI is entering the workplace.

These dinners are intentionally small and curated, designed to create the kind of conversation that does not happen in boardrooms or workshops, but should.

Clarity before speed. Strategy before tools.
